Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and sapu14 ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"). To access the full range of services on sapu14, you must create a registered Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred currency (IDR). You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to keep it accurate and current at all times.
Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the sapu14 Platform. Creating or attempting to create multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. sapu14 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, forfeit any associated balances, and permanently ban the User from the Platform.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. sapu14 will not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify sapu14's customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent exclusion from the Platform. This includes but is not limited to providing a false date of birth, using another person's identity, or providing fictitious contact details.
sapu14 is required to verify the identity of all Users before enabling full Account functionality, including the processing of withdrawals. The KYC process is a standard compliance requirement for internationally regulated gaming operators. You agree to cooperate fully with all verification requests.
As part of the KYC process, sapu14 may request the following documents from Users based in Indonesia:
Standard KYC verification is typically completed within 1 to 24 hours of document submission during business hours (WIB). Complex cases requiring enhanced review may take up to 72 hours. sapu14 will notify you via the email address registered on your Account once verification is complete or if additional information is required.
Users who fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following request may have their Account functionality restricted, including suspension of withdrawal privileges. sapu14 reserves the right to close unverified Accounts and return deposited funds to the original payment source, less any applicable processing fees.
All financial transactions on the sapu14 Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Users must use payment methods registered in their own name that correspond to the name and identity details on their sapu14 Account. sapu14 does not accept third-party payments.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account verification status. Deposits made via major Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) during banking hours are typically processed within 5 minutes. Deposits made outside standard banking hours may take up to 24 hours to reflect in your Account Balance. sapu14 does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees for which sapu14 bears no responsibility.
Withdrawals are available to fully verified Users (KYC complete) only. All withdrawals must be processed to a payment method registered in the User's own name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Processing times for withdrawals range from 1 to 24 hours depending on the payment method and internal review requirements. sapu14 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.
Funds derived from Bonus amounts are subject to applicable Wagering Requirements before they may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds prior to satisfying Wagering Requirements will result in the forfeit of those Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from them. Only the remaining real-money Balance will be eligible for withdrawal.
sapu14 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing Users. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
All sports betting activity on sapu14 is governed by the betting rules applicable to each market, which are displayed on the Platform at the time of placing a b et. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the applicable betting rules for that market.

All odds are displayed in decimal format. sapu14 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered due to a technical error or incorrect pricing, and to settle bets in accordance with official competition results only.
All casino games and slot titles available on sapu14 are operated by licensed third-party software providers. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer procedures and are not influenced by sapu14. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. sapu14 is not liable for technical interruptions caused by third-party game providers, though we will make reasonable efforts to resolve any resulting disputes fairly.
sapu14 reserves the right to cancel or void any bet in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond the applicable settlement window; the odds were published due to a manifest error; the bet was placed in violation of these Terms; or the relevant sporting authority declares the result void. In the event of a void bet, the original stake is returned to the User's Account Balance.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the sapu14 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent exclusion:

This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, scrape, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of sapu14.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sapu14, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:
Where sapu14's liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the total real-money deposits made by the User to the Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein. sapu14 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised with each amendment. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to internationally licensed online gaming operators.
